Chemistry Masters – AI Data Trainer
About the Role
We're looking for chemistry experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, more scientifically rigorous AI systems—and we need people with deep chemistry knowledge to make it happen.
If you hold or are pursuing a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field, this is your chance to directly influence how AI reasons through complex scientific problems—all from wherever you work best.

What You’ll Do
- Design advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning across domains such as:
- Chemical engineering
- Biochemistry
- Thermodynamics
- Organic chemistry
- Develop detailed, step-by-step solutions with clear and rigorous scientific logic
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for:
- Accuracy
- Depth
- Quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to develop and refine benchmarks spanning:
- Undergraduate to Master’s-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured written feedback to help researchers:
- Identify gaps
- Improve model performance

Who You Are
Core Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s degree in:
- Chemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- Biochemistry
- or a closely related field
- Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong systematic evaluation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
