Mint People are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable food traders to work an exciting 3-day event series in Chichester!
We are looking for all catering roles: chefs, cooks, kitchen porters (KPs), and servers.
Be part of an unforgettable weekend featuring:
- 🎤 Ibiza Orchestra – Friday 24th July
- 🌭 Sausage and Cider Fest – Saturday 25th July
- 🤠 Summer in Nashville – Sunday 26th July

Your Role:
As part of our catering team, your responsibilities include:
- 👨🍳 Preparing and serving food to company standards.
- 🍽️ Assisting with food preparation, service, and customer care.
- 🧽 Keeping kitchen and service areas clean, safe, and hygienic.
- 🥘 Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required.
- 📦 Restocking supplies and supporting stock rotation.
- 🌡️ Following food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures.
- 🤝 Working as part of the team to deliver excellent service.
