Role Overview
We are seeking a Chief Capital Officer (CCO) to lead institutional capital strategy, including lender onboarding for trade finance and strategic fundraising for the SRC platform.
This is a partner-level, revenue-driving executive role, designed for a senior professional with deep relationships across private credit, trade finance, funds, family offices, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional & Trade Finance Capital
- Source, onboard, and activate capital from:
- Private lenders
- Trade finance and credit funds
- Family offices
- Alternative lenders
- Banks and institutional investors
- Lead senior-level discussions with capital decision-makers.
- Ensure consistent liquidity to finance tokenized trade finance opportunities on SRC.
- Convert onboarded lenders into repeat, active capital providers.

Capital Structuring & Deployment
- Match institutional capital with:
- Tokenized trade finance deals
- Risk/return profiles
- Tenor and collateral structures.
- Collaborate with internal credit, risk, and trade assessment teams.
- Support structured capital deployment (single deals, pools, repeat allocations).
Strategic Fundraising (Seed & Strategic Investors)
- Support SRC’s seed and public token offerings, with a focus on:
- High-ticket strategic investors
- Institutional and family office allocations.
- Leverage existing lender and institutional relationships to introduce aligned investors.
- Represent SRC in senior-level investor discussions alongside the executive team.
This role focuses on relationship-driven fundraising, not retail marketing.
Revenue Ownership & Growth
- Own lender-side revenue growth and capital inflows (TVL).
- Contribute directly to SRC’s net revenue through capital onboarding and activation.
- Optimize capital efficiency, pricing, and deployment structures.

Institutional Positioning
- Act as the institutional face of SRC for capital partners.
- Represent the platform in investor meetings, partnerships, and industry events.
- Help position SRC as a trusted, institutional-grade trade finance infrastructure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior background in one or more of the following:
- Trade finance
- Private credit / structured finance
- Institutional fundraising
- Banking or alternative lending
- Strong network across funds, lenders, family offices, or banks.
- Comfortable operating at C-level / partner level.
- Experience with digital assets, tokenization, or fintech is a strong plus (not mandatory).
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with performance-based upside.
