πŸš€ Executive Opportunity: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Altheon

Location: London, United Kingdom
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Do you have the drive, experience, and vision to lead the commercial strategy of a pioneering company? At Altheon, we are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to design, build, and scale our commercial organization.

Our goal is clear: to make Altheon the undisputed European and international leader in preventive medicine, longevity, and health optimization, starting with the UK market and laying the foundation for global expansion.

As CCO and a key member of the Executive Committee, you will work closely with the CEO and the Chief Medical Officer to translate this vision into tangible results.


🎯 The Challenge: Key Responsibilities

  • Global Strategy: Define and implement Altheon's global commercial strategy.
  • Building & Leadership: Build the international commercial organization from scratch and lead high-performance teams.
  • B2B & B2C Development: Drive business growth and establish key strategic alliances with corporations, insurance companies, hospitals, private clinics, and other relevant partners.
  • Medical Relations: Design and drive the medical relations strategy, creating a robust network of prescribing physicians and Medical Liaison Representatives.
  • Scalability: Implement processes, tools, and KPIs to ensure a highly efficient and scalable commercial organization.
  • Global Expansion: Lead the company's expansion and consolidation in new international markets.

πŸ‘€ The Profile: What are we looking for?

We are seeking a leader with strategic vision, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to build from the ground up. You should bring:

  • Executive Experience: 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles.
  • International Leadership: Proven experience leading global commercial organizations.
  • Solid Growth Track Record: A strong history of driving business growth, opening new markets, and developing strategic alliances.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, clinical diagnostics, private health, digital health, health insurance, or premium healthcare. Previous experience working with doctors, hospitals, or healthcare systems is highly valued.
  • Key Competencies: Excellent negotiation and business development skills, an analytical profile, an entrepreneurial mindset, and high credibility with the medical community, large corporations, and investors.
  • Languages: Native or bilingual English proficiency.
