At leaf HOSPITALITY, we're looking for an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the next chapter of our growth.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the commercial strategy across our growing portfolio of branded and independent hotels. Leading our Sales, Revenue Management and Marketing functions, you'll maximise performance, strengthen owner and brand relationships, and identify new opportunities that support the continued success of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and deliver the Group Commercial Strategy, aligned with the company's vision and long-term growth ambitions.
  • Lead commercial performance across the portfolio, driving revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Provide strategic leadership across Sales, Revenue Management and Marketing, ensuring a collaborative and commercially focused approach.
  • Use market insight, performance data and industry trends to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making.

Business Growth

  • Support the continued growth of leaf HOSPITALITY through new management opportunities, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships with hotel owners, investors, brand partners and key stakeholders.
  • Strengthen the commercial positioning of both leaf HOSPITALITY and the hotels we manage.
  • Represent the business at owner meetings, industry events and commercial forums.

Leadership

  • Inspire, develop and lead high-performing commercial teams.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and develop future leaders across the commercial function.
  • Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to support business-wide objectives.

Governance & Performance

  • Present commercial performance and strategic recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team and hotel owners.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial governance, company policies and brand standards.
  • Champion responsible business practices and support the delivery of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant senior commercial leadership experience within the hospitality sector.
  • Proven success leading Sales, Revenue Management and Marketing across a multi-site business.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering sustainable growth.
  • Experience working with hotel owners, investors and internationally recognised hotel brands.
  • An inspirational leader with the ability to build high-performing teams and trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience supporting business growth, acquisitions or new management opportunities.
  • A strategic thinker who combines commercial insight with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.
