We are seeking a results-oriented and visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive our commercial strategy and lead our business development efforts globally.
Role Overview:
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for driving Insignia Group's commercial strategy and ensuring the company achieves sustainable growth within the luxury and financial services markets. The CCO will lead and shape the company's sales, marketing, and business development activities, particularly targeting UHNWIs and the high-end financial market. This leadership role is integral to the expansion of Insignia’s global brand, reputation, and client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy, focusing on expanding Insignia’s market share, increasing sales, and delivering high-quality results across regions.
- Client Portfolio Management: Build and manage an exceptional client portfolio, emphasizing long-term relationships with UHNWIs and prestigious financial institutions.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing global sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs. Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing sales channels, and refining commercial strategies in line with market demands.
- Luxury and Financial Market Expertise: Represent Insignia within the luxury and high-end financial markets. Cultivate relationships with private banks, wealth management firms, and other strategic partners.
- Marketing & Brand Strategy: Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and high-end events.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Define and manage the global sales budget. Ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining cost control and maximizing ROI.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and nurture strategic relationships with corporate partners, sales agents, PR agencies, and key industry stakeholders across regions.
- Global Representation: Represent Insignia at high-profile events, business meetings, and international trips to raise the company’s brand awareness and expand its network.

Professional Requirements:
- Sales Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in leading high-performance sales teams, particularly within the luxury, financial services, or wealth management sectors.
- International Expertise: Proven experience managing sales across diverse regions and cultures, with a strong understanding of global markets and the UHNW client base.
- Luxury & Financial Services Focus: Expertise in luxury services, working with UHNWIs, private banks, and financial institutions.
- Negotiation & Leadership Skills: Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams towards achieving strategic goals.
- Business Acumen: A strong commercial mind, with deep insights into ROI, cost management, and achieving profitable growth in a highly competitive market.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in global markets.
