About Us

United Media (https://www.united-media.com/) specialises in building large-scale industry media and conference products across sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. To date, we have organically launched six companies and acquired one.

Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic, with core responsibilities focusing on:

  • Team Leadership

    • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Set clear goals and expectations, and regularly evaluate team performance.
    • Recruit and onboard team members.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives by working closely with sales, product development, and other teams.
  • Campaign Management

    • Oversee marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, and websites.

  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

What We Expect from You

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Have over +10 years of industry experience with outstanding performance.
  • Demonstrate a relentless drive to excel in their role.
  • Possess a high work ethic with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Take ownership of tasks, work proactively, and follow through on commitments.
  • Are passionate about people, with skills in speaking, building, and nurturing relationships.
  • Are excellent communicators, especially verbally and in writing.
  • Are highly organised, with strong work structuring and prioritisation skills.

Start Date: Flexible

Working Arrangement: Monday–Friday in-office (next to Victoria Station). No remote work available.
