Chief Commercial Officer – Financial Services
We are representing a high-growth financial services business looking to appoint a Chief Commercial Officer into a key executive leadership role.
This is a confidential search for a hands-on commercial leader who has experience operating across scale, complexity, and growth. The role will lead the commercial agenda across multiple channels and markets, with responsibility for revenue growth, strategic partnerships, distribution, customer acquisition, and overall commercial performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with the executive leadership team across product, technology, operations, and finance to shape and deliver the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the commercial strategy across multiple markets and channels
- Lead revenue growth, strategic partnerships, distribution, and customer acquisition
- Identify new market opportunities, commercial channels, and growth levers
- Build and develop high-performing commercial teams
- Work closely with product, technology, operations, and finance to support scalable growth
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and commercial performance
- Use data, customer insight, and market intelligence to inform commercial decisions
- Operate as a visible, hands-on leader across both strategy and execution

About You
You will be an experienced commercial leader with a strong track record of driving growth in a financial services, fintech, wealth, savings, banking, lending, insurance, or technology-enabled environment.
You will likely bring:
- Senior commercial leadership experience in a regulated or complex environment
- A proven track record of revenue growth, partnerships, distribution, or market expansion
- Experience scaling teams, channels, or business lines
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial judgment
- Excellent stakeholder management and board-level communication skills
- The ability to lead from the front while staying close to the detail
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation-led businesses
