Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) | Crypto Trading & Digital Assets | Remote
Are you a senior compliance leader looking to shape the future of one of the world's fastest-growing digital asset trading firms?
We're partnering with an innovative quantitative trading business operating at the forefront of the digital asset market. As the company continues its international expansion, they're looking to appoint their first permanent Chief Compliance Officer to build and lead a world-class compliance function.
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly technical, entrepreneurial organisation where compliance is viewed as a strategic enabler rather than a blocker.
The Opportunity
Reporting into executive leadership, you'll take ownership of the global compliance function across multiple jurisdictions, helping the business scale while maintaining the highest regulatory standards.
You'll be responsible for developing a modern, technology-driven compliance framework that supports continued growth across new markets, products, and licensing initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building functions rather than simply maintaining them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
