About St Catherine’s Hospice
After over a decade of leadership by our respected Chief Executive, St Catherine’s stands as a trusted, community-rooted hospice with a clear vision for the future. We are now seeking an inspiring Chief Executive to seize the next chapter—building on past successes while driving forward at a pivotal moment for the hospice sector.

About the Role
As Chief Executive, you will provide dynamic, compassionate leadership across the organisation, collaborating with:
- Board members
- Senior Leadership Team
- Staff
- Volunteers
- Supporters

About You
We seek an experienced leader with:
- A strategic mindset and track record of navigating complexity.
- Familiarity with hospice, health, public, or voluntary sector operations, particularly in resource-limited environments.
- Deep understanding of partnership dynamics and financial governance.
- A shared philosophy and motivation aligned with our mission of compassionate palliative care.
This role demands: ✅ Full UK driving licence and access to a car. ✅ An Enhanced DBS check (mandatory for employment). ✅ Full authorisation to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship offered).
Flexible working will be considered, though ongoing attendance may be required.
