Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Global Facilities Management

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £400,000 Basic + Executive Bonus + Long-Term Incentives + Comprehensive Executive Benefits

A market-leading global Facilities Management organisation is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of its strategic growth and transformation.

This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of an established, internationally recognised business with a significant market presence, outstanding client portfolio, and ambitious growth agenda. The Board is seeking an inspirational leader with the commercial vision, operational excellence, and strategic capability to deliver sustainable growth, maximise shareholder value, and strengthen the organisation's position as an industry leader.

The Opportunity

As Chief Executive Officer, you will have full responsibility for the overall performance and strategic direction of the business. Working closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team, you will lead the organisation through its next stage of expansion while fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the long-term corporate strategy and vision.
  • Drive sustainable revenue and profit growth across domestic and international markets.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing executive leadership team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, investors, Board members, and strategic partners.
  • Identify acquisition, investment, and expansion opportunities.
  • Champion innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure the highest standards of governance, compliance, and corporate responsibility.
  • Represent the organisation at Board level, with key customers, investors, and across the wider industry.

About You

You are an accomplished Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, or Divisional CEO with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex organisations within the Facilities Management, Business Services, Property Services, Outsourcing, or Support Services sectors.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrable success leading organisations with revenues in the hundreds of millions or billions of pounds.
  • Extensive experience delivering strategic growth and business transformation.
  • A strong commercial background with a proven ability to increase profitability and shareholder value.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including Boards, investors, and major corporate clients.
  • Exceptional strategic, financial, and operational capability.
  • A reputation for integrity, resilience, and decisive leadership.
