Chief Executive Officer - co-founder
Company Description
EnGenAI turns an organisation's domain expertise into production-ready software, without a dedicated development team. Teams move from concept to deployed tool in days, not years. We build for organisations carrying heavy IT backlogs and facing pressure from AI-enabled competitors, closing the gap between strategy and execution so they can ship AI-powered tools in weeks. EnGenAI is the product of Adaptech AI Ltd.
Role Description
As Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, you will hold overall strategic growth of EnGenAI. Working alongside the Founder and Chief AI Officer, you will set the priorities and drive execution across the business. This is a full-time, remote role.
This is a genuine co-founder seat, not a hire. The right person will also participate in our current pre-seed round as an angel investor. We want a CEO with real skin in the game and aligned incentives from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
