Job Title: CEO - Insurance MGA
Company Overview:
Our client, a London (City) based Managing General Agent (MGA), specialises in the provision of Professional Indemnity insurance for an array of white-collar professions throughout the UK. They are looking to recruit a CEO to carry out the following key responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the MGA's operations and business strategy.
- Develop and execute plans for the achievement of financial goals and growth targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of effective risk management and compliance programs.
- Drive innovation and expansion into new markets and product lines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic vision in the insurance industry (MGA/Company or Broker backgrounds considered)
- In-depth knowledge of UK Professional Indemnity and insurance market trends.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage financial performance.
