Lead one of the UK's most progressive integrated community health and social care organisations.

Livewell Southwest is one of the country's leading integrated health and social care Community Interest Companies, delivering physical health, mental health and social care services across Plymouth, South Hams and West Devon, alongside specialist services across Devon and Cornwall.

Following the retirement of our current Chief Executive, we are seeking an outstanding successor to lead the exciting next chapter of our organisation's development.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a highly respected, values-led organisation with a strong reputation for innovation, partnership and compassionate care. Working alongside an experienced Board, talented Executive Team and over 2,800 dedicated colleagues, you will help to shape the future of integrated community care while playing a significant leadership role across the wider health and care system.

We are looking for an inspirational, collaborative leader with the credibility to operate confidently across organisational boundaries and the ability to translate strategic ambition into outstanding operational delivery.

You will bring:

  • Significant executive leadership experience within a large, complex organisation.
  • Experience of leading organisational transformation and delivering sustainable improvement.
  • A strong understanding of integrated health and social care, community services, social enterprise or similarly complex public service environments.
  • Outstanding partnership-building and influencing skills, with the ability to work across health, local government, the voluntary sector and wider system partners.
  • A visible, authentic and values-led leadership style that inspires confidence and empowers others.

Most importantly, you will share our commitment to improving lives through integrated, community-based care and be passionate about delivering better outcomes for the people and communities we serve.
