TipTrace is designed to cater to a wide range of businesses, including independent restaurants, hospitality groups, festivals, and pop-ups. The company aims to become the leading digital tipping infrastructure across the UK and Europe.
Role Description
This is a dynamic, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the company, overseeing operations, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Finance and Operations Management to ensure fiscal health and efficiency at all organizational levels.
- Strong background in Business Planning and Strategic Planning for driving short-term goals and long-term vision.
- Demonstrated success in Sales and building business partnerships to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to lead a growing team and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in the technology or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
- A track record of managing hybrid or remote teams is a plus.
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
