St Raphael’s Hospice is seeking an inspirational Chief Executive Officer to lead our organisation through its next phase of strategic development.
We are an independent registered charity providing specialist palliative and end of life care across Merton and Sutton. We work closely with partners across Southwest London to ensure coordinated, high-quality care for patients and those important to them.

The CEO will lead the Executive Team, shape and deliver our strategy, strengthen collaboration across the system, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the Hospice.
We are seeking a visible, values-led and collaborative leader with experience of senior leadership in healthcare, charity or a similarly complex organisation.
