About Kelsall Football Club
Kelsall Football Club is one of the fastest-growing grassroots football clubs in England.
Reformed in 2023, the club has rapidly established itself both on and off the pitch, building an audience of over 80,000 followers, generating more than 20 million views, securing national commercial partnerships, and delivering an ambitious long-term vision for the future of football in Kelsall.
Our ambition extends far beyond the ninety minutes on a Saturday.
We are building a sustainable football club with professional standards, strong community values, and a clear long-term strategy.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional football club role.
Working alongside the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the day-to-day operation of the football club, ensuring the successful delivery of our long-term vision.
Role Split
- The Chairman will continue to lead the club’s strategic direction, commercial vision, investment opportunities, and long-term development.
- The CEO will be responsible for delivering that vision through outstanding operational leadership.
As the club continues to grow, the successful candidate will oversee the club’s commercial, operational, and administrative functions, ensuring every department works together to deliver an exceptional football club—both on and off the pitch.
Documentary & Media Involvement
As part of our commitment to documenting Kelsall FC’s journey, the successful candidate will also feature in our behind-the-scenes documentary series and digital content. The role includes:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
