As statutory Section 151 Officer and a key member of our corporate leadership team, you will provide clear, evidence-based advice and constructive challenge to the Chief Executive, Cabinet and Members, strengthening governance, transparency and decision-making. You will also lead financial strategy, planning and assurance, modernising services and using data and insight to deliver.
