The Opportunity

You will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team, responsible for leading the financial strategy of the business while ensuring operational excellence, strong governance and commercial rigour across the organisation.

You will provide the financial insight and leadership required to support continued growth, investment and operational performance, while developing a scalable finance function capable of supporting their long-term ambitions.

Working closely with colleagues across Engineering, Operations, Commercial and HR, you will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, evaluating investment opportunities, supporting commercial decision-making and maintaining strong relationships with shareholders, investors and external partners.

This is a broad executive leadership role requiring a commercially minded CFO who is equally comfortable influencing strategic decisions, leading fundraising activity, driving operational improvements with a hands on mindset and developing high-performing teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
