Redford Hearth has partnered up with a high end US organisation to recruit for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – UK Expansion | Exceptional Executive Package
A cash‑rich US organisation with a distinguished record of financial and operational performance is undertaking a significant expansion across the UK care home and complex‑needs sector. With 7–10 facilities already established and a further 10–20 acquisitions planned, the organisation is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the successful delivery of its UK growth agenda.
Role Overview
The CFO will assume full responsibility for UK financial operations, ensuring robust governance, disciplined financial planning, and effective oversight of multi‑site performance. The role encompasses strategic forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and acquisition modelling, alongside maintaining the highest operational and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will also cultivate strong relationships across the care sector and represent the organisation with professionalism and authority.

- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader within care homes or healthcare

- Established network within the UK care home sector
