What if your next CFO role wasn’t about maintaining a business, but transforming one?
What if you were given the opportunity to architect one of Africa’s most significant capital markets transactions?
What if your next challenge included leading a private equity raise, issuing a publicly listed bond, and taking a market-leading energy company public?
This isn’t another CFO position. It’s an opportunity to build a legacy.
The Redda Group has been exclusively retained to identify an exceptional Chief Financial Officer for a well-established, high-growth infrastructure company with international operations. Backed by a strong operating history and a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects, the organization is entering a transformational phase of growth and long-term value creation.
Over the next several years, the organization will execute a private equity raise, complete a rated bond issuance, and prepare for an Initial Public Offering expected to value the business at more than $4 billion.
If you’ve been looking for an opportunity where your experience can truly shape the future of a company and an industry, then this may be it.
You’ll be more than the CFO.
You’ll be a strategic partner to the Founder & CEO, a trusted advisor to the Board, and the executive responsible for building the financial foundation of a future public company. You’ll help answer questions like:
- How do we maximize enterprise value before going public?
- What’s the optimal capital structure?
- Which exchange positions the company for long-term success?
- How do we build a finance organization that meets global public-company standards?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
