Kersia UK comprises three legal entities: Holchem Laboratories, Quat-Chem Limited and Kilco (International) Limited.

We are now seeking a Chief Financial Officer (UK & Ireland) to join the business at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible and strategic leadership role, partnering closely with the UK Managing Director and Kersia Group CFO. As a key member of the UK Executive Team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, driving financial performance, and ensuring robust governance across the UK & Ireland operations.

The successful candidate will combine strong financial stewardship with commercial acumen, enabling the business to make informed, data-driven decisions while supporting continued growth and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all financial activities across the UK & Ireland region
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategic modelling
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity of financial reporting and controls
  • Partner with the Executive Team to optimise business performance and profitability
  • Manage cash flow, working capital and capital allocation
  • Provide strategic insight and challenge to support business decision-making
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Oversee compliance with statutory, regulatory and group requirements
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks and external advisors
  • Support M&A activity and lead financial integration workstreams
  • Prepare the business for potential investor scrutiny and exit scenarios

About You

  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader within a complex, multi-entity environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience operating in an international business environment
  • Track record of delivering performance in a private equity or investor-driven setting
  • Deep understanding of financial controls, reporting and governance
  • Ability to lead, develop and inspire teams
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline (MBA preferred)
