Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £110,000 – £125,000 + benefits

Reporting to: CEO

Trinity House Group is currently partnering with an organisation in Oxfordshire that's going through an exciting period of growth, acquisition, and integration. They're looking for a dynamic leader to drive financial transformation and embed best-in-class processes.

You will be a key member of the senior leadership team and lead the finance function during an important phase of growth and change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and deliver post-acquisition integration: aligning financial systems, controls, reporting, and business partner model across newly acquired businesses.
  • Act as strategic partner to the CEO and commercial leadership team: providing financial insight, scenario modelling, and strategic options to support growth and value creation.
  • Develop and implement a finance transformation roadmap: process optimisation, automation, improved MI, and reporting frameworks.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team: building capability, enhancing business partnering, embedding strong control culture.
  • Manage and optimise working capital, cost base, profitability, and cash conversion across business units.
  • Ensure the business remains compliant with relevant financial regulations and has robust internal controls.
  • Prepare and present regular management accounts, board packs, and acquisition business case/integration reports.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
