PE-Backed B2B SaaS | PE-Backed | £5m ARR | 40% YoY Growth | Scaling to £20m ARR | US Expansion | Exit Journey

Finatal is partnering with a high-growth private equity-backed B2B SaaS business to appoint its next Chief Financial Officer.

The company provides a market-leading software platform to SMEs, has reached £5m ARR, and is growing at 40% year-on-year. With ambitious plans to expand into the US, scale to £20m ARR, and ultimately deliver a successful private equity exit, this is a rare opportunity to join the executive team at a pivotal stage of growth.

Working closely with the CEO, Board and investors, you will build a finance function capable of supporting rapid international expansion while driving commercial performance and long-term value creation.

The Role

As CFO, you will:

  • Partner with the CEO to execute the company's growth strategy.
  • Lead the finance function, owning all financial operations, reporting, FP&A and controls.
  • Build scalable processes and systems to support the next phase of growth.
  • Drive commercial decision-making through SaaS KPI reporting and financial insight.
  • Support the company's expansion into the US market.
  • Lead Board and investor reporting while working closely with the private equity sponsor.
  • Prepare the business for a successful exit, ensuring best-in-class financial governance and readiness throughout the value creation plan.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
