Your Responsibilities
Your work will be dynamic, with responsibilities varying often. Key tasks include:
- Preparing annual budgets for financial planning.
- Providing weekly updates on cash flow.
- Conducting monthly P&L (Profit & Loss) and cash updates for financial insights.
- Evaluating and implementing cost optimisation programmes.
- Reviewing intercompany and external loans to ensure financial health.
- Supporting sales and operations teams.
- Leading Working Capital responsibilities.
- Managing Human Resources Financial Planning.
- Ongoing support to sales and operations teams.

What We Expect From You
We’re looking for someone with an unparalleled work ethic, a high sense of urgency, a relentless drive, and a desire to excel. You take ownership, act proactively, and follow through on commitments. Most importantly: you share our passion for building and executing new businesses.
Key Requirements:
- An accounting background, ideally more than two years of experience at a Big Four firm.
- Experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or Financial Director in a small or medium-sized business.
- UK working permit.
- Media and conferences sector background (preferred but not mandatory).
