Salary: £140,000 - £180,000 + bonus + equity

Finatal are working with a Private Equity backed consumer goods business based in London to hire a new CFO. The business is operating at £20m revenue and sells across bricks and mortar and online DTC channels.
The CEO is looking to hire a CFO with experience in the consumer products space, and is particularly interested in candidates who have worked in sports, fashion, health, beauty, wellness, or homeware businesses. The role holder will input into commercial and operational strategy, run a well functioning finance team and have oversight of supply chain operations. After a period of growth the focus will switch to exit readiness and execution.

The role would suit a proven CFO with:
- Experience in Private Equity backed environments
- A background in SME businesses with <£30m revenue
- Background in consumer products, retail, and/or ecommerce
- Demonstrable skills in the creation and utilisation of BI to drive decision making
- A high energy, entrepreneurial mindset
- The ability to drive high level strategy whilst still being hands-on and in the detail
- Some experience around exit processes
