Award-Winning PE Backed Tech Business in Bristol Seeks Ambitious CFO / Finance Director

This award-winning PE backed Tech business in Bristol has ambitious scale plans and is seeking an ambitious CFO / Finance Director to join its Senior Leadership team for an exciting journey over the next five years.

With significant year-on-year growth and 30% EBITDA already, this is an excellent opportunity as the company looks to continue growth in ARR and further develop its other revenue streams and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to, and working closely with the CEO and PE investors, key will be the ability of the new CFO / Finance Director to contribute to strategic growth and commercial performance.
  • Providing quality financial modelling and analysis for Board decision-making and PE investors.
  • Leading the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, reporting, and governance.
  • Developing financial planning, forecasting, and cashflow management to support rapid growth.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board, investors, and lenders.
  • Driving the development of business operations, systems, and processes across the organisation.
  • Providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making and business performance.
  • Overseeing operational areas including inventory, supplier relationships, IT, and payroll.
  • Supporting future initiatives, including international expansion and potential M&A and exit.

We're looking for an accomplished CFO / Finance Director with experience in PE private equity-backed, high-growth businesses, who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You'll have a proven track record of building high-performing finance functions, implementing scalable processes, and partnering with ambitious leadership teams to deliver sustainable growth.

Compensation

Commensurate with a value-creation role, this comes with a Management Equity Scheme / Management Incentive Plan with a strong upside.
