About Us
United Media (https://www.united-media.com/) focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. To date, we have organically launched six companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities
Your role in this position will be dynamic, primarily focused on:

Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Set clear goals and expectations, and regularly evaluate team performance.
- Recruit and onboard team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels like:
- Email marketing
- Social media
- Website management (among others).

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
What We Expect from You
We are looking for candidates who embody the following qualities:
- +10 years of work experience with outstanding performance in the industry.
- Relentless drive and a desire to be the best at their craft.

- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities; proactive, discover solutions, and follow through on commitments.
- Strong curiosity about people, with a passion to speak, build, and nurture relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organisation, with the ability to structure, prioritise, and manage complex workloads.
Start Date: Flexible
Monday–Friday: Work in-person at our office (located next to Victoria Station) – we currently do not offer remote work.
