This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Chief Executive, bringing together digital and technology, data and intelligence, customer services, business support, communications and PR, transformation and the corporate PMO under one leader. You will shape how the council harnesses digital, data and technology to modernise services, improve customer experience and strengthen decision-making.
We are looking for someone who combines vision with delivery, innovation with pragmatism and ambition with strong stewardship. In return, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of a new council and drive transformation at scale.
