What You’ll Be Doing
As Chief Legal Officer, you will:
- Oversee Harper James’ operating model and scale the firm with efficiency, consistency, and commercial cunning.
- Lead:

- Develop necessary systems, processes, and leadership capabilities for growth.

What We’re Looking For
We seek leaders who have successfully scaled professional services, especially in legal services or complex knowledge-based firms. Ideal candidates have:
- Executive-level operational leadership experience
- Experience leading large fee-generating teams through significant organisational change
- Stellar commercial acumen and understanding of:
- Scalable,
- Profitable,
- Sustainable growth in a private-equity backed business model with:
- Proven track record of operational performance improvements using:
- Technology,
- Data
- Expertise in legal technology(e.g., workflow automation or AI-enabled service delivery)
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
