Shape the future of a global organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to join an international professional services organisation at Executive Leadership level, taking ownership of its global marketing, business development and growth strategy.
Working alongside the CEO and senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening market position, enhancing client experience and ensuring the organisation continues to evolve in an increasingly competitive global market. This is a highly visible role where you'll influence strategy across multiple countries, inspire high-performing international teams and help shape the future direction of a complex global organisation.
The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional marketing role. You'll combine commercial strategy, business development, brand leadership, client experience, data, technology and innovation to create measurable business growth on a global scale. You'll have the autonomy to influence strategic decisions, develop long-term growth initiatives and build frameworks that support collaboration across international markets.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering the global marketing, business development and growth strategy.
- Identifying new commercial opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Driving international business development initiatives and improving conversion of strategic opportunities.
- Building stronger collaboration across international teams to maximise growth.
- Leading the evolution of the global brand and market positioning.
- Delivering integrated marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
- Creating an exceptional, consistent client experience across the organisation.
- Using data, insight and customer feedback to influence strategic decisions.
- Championing digital transformation, AI and marketing technology to improve effectiveness.
- Developing meaningful performance measures to track growth and commercial success.
- Leading and developing an international marketing and business development function.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Managing budgets, strategic partnerships and external suppliers.

About you
You'll be a commercially minded executive who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery. You'll have a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead through complexity and inspire teams across different countries and cultures. You'll also bring:

- Significant executive leadership experience within marketing, commercial, growth or business development functions.
- Experience within professional services, consulting or another business-to-business environment.
- A strong track record of delivering measurable commercial growth.
- Experience leading international teams within complex, matrix organisations.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Excellent understanding of brand strategy, client experience and business development.
- A data-led approach to decision making.
- Experience leveraging digital technologies, AI and innovation to improve performance.
