Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Location: Remote (Global)

SRC Ecosystem is building the next generation of digital trade and trade finance infrastructure by combining AI, blockchain, RWA tokenization, and decentralized liquidity to bridge the global $2.5 trillion SME trade finance gap. Our mission is to modernize global commerce and make trade finance accessible, transparent, and efficient for businesses worldwide.

Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead SRC Ecosystem's global growth strategy. This role is responsible for building our brand, acquiring users and enterprise clients, growing our global community, supporting fundraising, driving ecosystem adoption, and positioning SRC as a leader in digital trade finance.

The CMO will oversee both B2B and B2C marketing while creating one of the strongest communities in Web3, AI, and trade finance through innovative campaigns, partnerships, education, and data-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy

  • Develop and execute SRC Ecosystem's global marketing strategy.
  • Position SRC as a leader in AI-powered digital trade finance and RWA tokenization.
  • Build a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Manage public relations, media, and thought leadership.

B2B Growth

  • Generate qualified SME leads globally.
  • Build marketing campaigns targeting exporters, importers, manufacturers, logistics companies, and financial institutions.
  • Support onboarding of lenders, banks, institutional investors, funds, and liquidity providers.
  • Create sales enablement materials for business development teams.

B2C Growth

  • Drive user acquisition for SRC applications and ecosystem products.
  • Increase wallet creation, platform registrations, and ecosystem participation.
  • Optimize user acquisition cost and retention through data-driven marketing.

Community Building

  • Build and manage a large global community across Telegram, X, LinkedIn, Discord, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Increase engagement through educational content, AMAs, campaigns, quests, and ambassador programs.
  • Develop regional community leaders and moderators.

Telegram Mini App Growth

  • Scale the SRC TraderQuest Telegram Mini App into one of the largest educational trade finance communities.
  • Design viral referral campaigns, competitions, rewards, seasonal events, and engagement loops.
  • Improve user retention, daily active users, and community participation.
  • Collaborate with product and AI teams to continuously enhance the learning experience.

Content & Education

  • Lead creation of educational content explaining modern trade finance, AI, blockchain, tokenization, and digital trade.
  • Produce articles, videos, webinars, podcasts, newsletters, and social media campaigns.
  • Position SRC as the trusted educational authority in the industry.

Fundraising Support

  • Develop investor marketing materials.
  • Increase visibility among venture capital firms, institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners.
  • Support fundraising campaigns, launch announcements, and ecosystem milestones.

Partnerships

  • Build strategic marketing partnerships with industry organizations, universities, accelerators, chambers of commerce, media outlets, and Web3 communities.
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities with ecosystem partners.

Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid and organic growth strategies.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and analytics.
  • Define KPIs and continuously optimize marketing performance using data.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit and lead global marketing, content, design, community, and growth teams.
  • Build a high-performance, data-driven marketing organization.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, Sales, Investor Relations, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading marketing for a startup, fintech, SaaS, blockchain, AI, or financial services company.
  • Strong B2B and B2C growth marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling online communities.
  • Experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, and product-led growth.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and branding skills.
  • Familiarity with AI, blockchain, digital assets, Web3, or trade finance is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting fundraising and investor communications is a strong advantage.

  • SME client acquisition.
  • Lender and financial institution onboarding.
  • User registrations and active users.
  • Telegram Mini App growth (downloads, DAU, retention, referrals).
  • Community size and engagement across all channels.
  • Website traffic and conversion rate.
  • Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Partnership growth.
  • Media coverage and brand awareness.
  • Investor engagement and fundraising support.
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
