About the Role
We are looking for a visionary, data-obsessed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to architect the global growth engine of our “Super App”. As a member of the executive team, you will own the full marketing P&L, transforming complex service offerings into a seamless, high-growth user journey. You will own the brand's narrative from day one, as well as full responsibility for driving massive app adoption and scaling our “Super App” into a household name across the continent.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling tech platforms to global dominance, understands the psychology of multi-vertical retention, and lives at the intersection of creative brilliance and rigorous performance data.

Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Product Positioning
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of the UK and European social media landscapes, competitor sets, and local user behaviors.
- Define unique product positioning and core value propositions across diverse European demographics.
- Partner directly with the CEO and Product Head to align on strategic roadmaps for cold-start, growth, and scaling phases.
Growth Engineering & User Acquisition
- Architect a comprehensive user growth framework from the ground up.
- Develop robust strategies for seed user acquisition and viral referral loops.
- Implement data-driven retention, engagement, and win-back programs.
- Run systematic growth experiments to optimize performance across the funnel.
- Own core performance metrics, including DAU/MAU, retention, viral coefficients, CAC, and LTV.
Brand Identity & Communications
- Build the brand from scratch, establishing its visual identity, tone of voice, and core narrative.
- Execute phased communication plans designed to move the brand from early trust-building to mass-market mindshare.
- Manage high-level PR, media relations, content strategy, and strategic brand partnerships.
Organisational Leadership
- Recruit and lead a world-class international marketing team spanning growth, brand, content, and PR functions.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance-driven incentive structures.
- Foster a high-execution, data-centric organizational culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work in lockstep with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to ensure market insights directly shape product features.
- Act as the "voice of the user," translating market intelligence into actionable business decisions.
About You
- 10+ years in digital/mobile marketing with a strong growth background.
- At least one successful 0-to-1 or high-growth expansion into the UK, Europe, or North America.
- A deep, systematic understanding of the growth mechanics behind social and platform-based ecosystems.
- Mature capability in leveraging data to drive strategic growth decisions.
Preferred
- Prior experience with social, IM, or community platforms.
- Thrives in startup or early-stage environments.
- Skilled in managing diverse, cross-cultural teams.
