About the Role
This role offers the ultimate freedom from institutional hierarchies, granting full control over medical care in the world’s most coveted destinations: Italy, Greece, Monaco, Mallorca, Ibiza, Marbella, and the Algarve. The position ensures confidential, bespoke medical excellence on your terms, with direct financial autonomy and no bureaucratic constraints.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the sole health strategist for UHNW principals and their prestigious guests.

Requirements
Candidate Profile
- Strictly reserved for Western-trained medical professionals (excluding non-Western credentials).
Academic and Clinical Credentials
- Must hold a verified, recognized medical degree from leading institutions in:
- USA
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- UK
- Ireland
- Europe (eligible European nations)
- Minimum 5 years of active, hands-on clinical practice post-board certification.
- Core Specialties Required (non-negotiable):
- Emergency Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Family/General Practice
- Must possess board certification in the chosen specialty.
Soft Skills & Language Proficiency
- Absolute fluency in English required for unfettered consultation.
