An extraordinary clinical leadership vacancy has opened for a pioneering, Western-trained Lead Surgeon to step into the dual role of Chief Medical Officer at a premier, cutting-edge private hospital group in Doha. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to direct a high-performance clinical department backed by absolute, unconstrained procurement pipelines. As CMO and Lead Surgeon, you will divide your time between high-level strategic governance and active clinical execution. You will spearhead international clinical trials, mentor a team of specialized international consultants, and shape the medical delivery framework for an affluent, discerning patient base. Requirements
- Must hold definitive Tier-1 board certification (such as FRCS/CCT/CCST from the UK, American/Canadian Board, or equivalent European fellowships) with a minimum of 7 years of active post-consultancy experience, including documented clinical leadership or clinical director roles.
- Proven operative mastery in specialized surgical disciplines (General, Orthopedic, or Urological surgery) with extensive, verified experience utilizing advanced robotic-assisted surgical systems.
- Polished executive presence, exceptional command of the English language, and the administrative acumen required to manage cross-functional medical departments.
- A strong track record of international academic publications or contributions to clinical governance frameworks is highly advantageous.
