Glimpse into the Role
What You Will Do
- Partner with the CEO and COO to drive strategic planning, quarterly objectives (Rocks) and cross-functional execution.
- Own the company's operating rhythm, leading planning sessions, leadership meetings, all-hands and continuous process improvements.
- Prepare and run executive meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, decisions and follow-up actions are effectively managed.
- Enable executive leadership by preparing briefing materials, tracking key business metrics and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Lead internal communications and business readiness, supporting company culture, stakeholder alignment and preparation for a future business sale.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in consulting, strategy, business operations or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- AI-native and commercially minded, using AI, data and financial insights to improve efficiency and drive business decisions.
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional outcomes.
- Highly organised and adaptable, creating effective processes while thriving in fast-changing environments.
- Excellent communicator with a bias for action, confident engaging senior stakeholders and delivering results proactively.
