Chief of Staff – AI-Native SaaS

UK/Europe-based | Remote | £60,000 to £100,000 + equity

We are hiring for a commercially minded Chief of Staff to work closely with the founder of a fast-growing AI-native cutting edge technology business.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining customer success, account management, sales and business operations. You will own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion, while helping build the processes, reporting and AI-powered workflows required to scale the company.

The business is backed by $13 million in funding from A* capital and angels, with a substantial number of global and enterprise customers. You will join a highly experienced, inspiring team of ten, where every person has a meaningful influence on the company’s direction. It is a fantastic opportunity to join this business in its early stages, work remotely, travel to the US and benefit from equity early on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
