Job Description
As Chief of Staff, you will serve as the CEO's force multiplier, owning go-to-market operations and marketing execution. You’ll handle account research, manage end-to-end campaigns, and support high-stakes sales processes with audit leaders at global enterprises. This founding-team role offers a front-row seat to every function of a scaling AI company.

What You Will Do
- Lead operational go-to-market efforts, including account research, list building, and maintaining a high-integrity CRM for enterprise-level sales activity.
- Execute end-to-end marketing programs and logistics, ensuring every lead is captured and followed up on to convert interest into revenue.
- Support the CEO throughout the enterprise sales cycle, preparing materials and managing follow-ups for audit and finance leaders at Fortune 500 prospects.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 1–3 years of experience in high-performance environments like management consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-growing startup.
- Is a dedicated AI-native professional who uses AI tools daily to automate workflows and improve personal productivity without requiring a coding background.
- Demonstrates high agency and exceptional writing skills, capable of communicating clearly and professionally with senior executives at large global corporations.
