The Opportunity

As Chief-of-Staff, you will run, grow, and manage all operational and strategic aspects of United Media, overseeing the execution of our conferences and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team with clear goals
    • Set expectations, establish measurable goals, and provide detailed feedback
  • Strategic Execution:

    • Drive rapid execution of business strategy
    • Develop the company’s brand as a premier hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking
  • Conference Operations:

    • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of conferences within timelines and budget constraints
    • Ensure smoothed transition from concept to fruition
  • Operational Management:

    • Assign and monitor tasks across departments
    • Track progress and ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Business Growth:

    • Identify new market opportunities and expand existing partnerships
    • Collaborate with business development teams to acquire new clients

Requirements

Essential:

  • +4 years of experience in a high-speed, results-driven environment, such as:
    • Management consulting
    • Investment banking
    • Top-tier corporate/commercial roles
    • Start-up leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher), with outstanding academic performance (MBA a plus)
  • Strong commercial acumen and business mindset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful results
  • UK, EU, or US work visa eligibility
