Overview
The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a critical role that reports to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and works closely with the Leadership Team (LT) to drive business, finance, and overall operations, a thriving team culture, internal communications, nurturing customer & partner ecosystem and organizational health. This position is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the LT operating rhythm and owns operational excellence, budget and headcount management, resource and fiscal planning, and participates in overall group strategy decisions. This role is also part of the Copilot & Agent Core (CACore) Chief of Staff community which works together to drive efficiency and leverage the work of the group.

Responsibilities
Leadership Effectiveness & Communication
- The CoS drives organization ROB processes and agendas.
- Participate as a valued LT member and offer business perspectives relevant to key strategic decisions.
- Maximize the effectiveness of the CVP by helping balance priorities, communicate effectively, participate in the most relevant meetings and connect with the team.
- Work with the CVP to engage with customers, partners, and the community to drive thought leadership for the ecosystem and the team including fostering strong executive relationships, planning and coordinating ecosystem communications like blog pieces, events and roundtables.

Business Management & Operations
- In partnership with finance and business management, proactively manage budget and headcount planning and strategy. The organization has a global footprint which requires active analysis, management and planning.
- Partner with finance and procurement to ensure effective budget management, headcount management and forecasting.
- Partner with staffing team to meet hiring requirements and elevate staffing conversations with the LT.
- Work as part of Copilot & Agent Core (CACore) Chief of Staff community and business operations to improve processes, procedures, and initiatives to run the business efficiently as the organization scales.
Team Development & Culture
- In partnership with HR and the LT, shape and drive the people agenda and lead team health initiatives, particularly focused on developing increased diversity, inclusion, and belonging. This is a shared accountability across all members of the LT.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification
- In-depth experience of product/program/operational management or similar tech industry experience.
- Previous experience in Chief of Staff or senior Business Management role.
- Experience with financial modeling, analysis, and insights development with a large business.
- Experience with leading a team of Business mgmt/product/program/operational management professionals.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally (with customers) at all organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Enjoys working in fast-paced; sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and resilience under pressure.

Business Management M5
- The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 70,300.00 - £ 133,900.00 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
