The Opportunity

A high-growth, venture-backed health technology company is looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO during a pivotal stage of growth. The business has developed an innovative, clinically validated digital platform transforming the care of people living with neurodegenerative conditions. Following successful adoption with leading healthcare providers in the UK and US, the company is entering an exciting scale-up phase, including a forthcoming Series A fundraising round and expansion into new markets. This is a rare opportunity to become the CEO’s closest strategic partner, helping shape the future of a mission-led organisation that is delivering meaningful improvements to patients’ lives.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the business operates effectively as it scales. Acting as the CEO’s trusted adviser and execution partner, you’ll translate strategy into action, drive key initiatives, oversee governance and operational excellence, and play a central role in fundraising and company growth. This role would suit someone who enjoys moving seamlessly between high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution. One day you may be preparing board papers or refining the financial model; the next you’ll be coordinating investor diligence, leading strategic planning sessions or driving critical business initiatives to completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
