About the Role
As a Chief of Staff, you’ll collaborate closely with senior technical and business leaders in a fast-paced financial services environment, delivering exceptional exposure across:
- Technology
- Trading
- Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to the technology leadership team by:
- Coordinating strategic initiatives
- Enhancing cross-functional collaboration
- Ensuring critical programmes succeed
- Work with Trading, Risk, Treasury, and Operations teams to:
- Analyze business challenges
- Uncover process efficiencies
- Translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Leverage data, analytics, and AI to:
- Support senior decision-making
- Monitor key performance metrics
- Provide actionable insights
- Align priorities across multiple teams and external partners

Location & Flexibility
- Oxford Circus, Central London office
- Flexible working: 1-day WFH per week once settled
About You
A commercially minded, high-performing analyst with:
- A top-tier university degree (minimum 2:1)
- Expertise in financial services or FinTech (preferably in a Chief of Staff, Business Analyst, or Project Manager role)
- Strong leadership and project management skills, able to drive initiatives from concept to execution
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analytics, visualisation tools, and AI for reporting and process improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
