Are you an aspiring leader who wants to fast-track your path to a CEO or CXO role?
At United Media Group, we’re building the next generation of business leaders through our Chief of Staff program. This is a unique program for individuals who want responsibility early on and thrive when challenged outside their comfort zone.
The Opportunity
From day one, you’ll take full ownership of a core function within one of our portfolio companies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tackling tough problems and making critical decisions independently
- Building processes and structures to address business challenges
- Being accountable for results in a fast-paced environment
This doesn’t just mean hands-on experience—it means gaining real insight into what it takes to run and scale a company.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
