Chief of Staff to Founder & CEO - Volunteer
We Are Stronger Charity is seeking a highly capable, proactive, and organised individual to work closely with our Founder and CEO, who is internationally recognised for her charitable work across the UK and Italy.
What difference will you make?
The Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO will help the Charity achieve more by supporting the CEO, thereby freeing up more time to manage our projects and initiatives to target bullying and violence.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, adaptable, and able to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
Essential
Proven experience leading initiatives that align with an organisation's long-term vision; Experience working across different departments (e.g., Finance, IT, Marketing, HR) to drive a unified goal; A track record of building high-level relationships and representing an organisation or leader in external forums, such as donor meetings or public events; Experience supporting senior leaders or managing projects;

Desirable
Background in charity, fundraising, startups, or social impact work; Understanding of GDPR principles; Strong organisational and prioritisation skills; Excellent written and spoken English; Ability to work independently and think proactively; High level of discretion and professionalism; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint);

Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO in managing priorities, communications, and workflow Act as a central point of coordination across projects and initiatives Assist with problem-solving and handling a wide variety of tasks independently Support fundraising activities, partnerships, and organisational development Draft communications and represent the CEO professionally where required Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement
