CRITICAL – Chief Officer: Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership
Salary
Clackmannanshire/Stirling Council: £120,042 (CO38) NHS Forth Valley: £115,682 to £153,149 (Grade F)
This is a rare and high-profile system leadership opportunity within one of Scotland’s most distinctive and complex Health and Social Care Partnerships. Spanning NHS Forth Valley and two local authorities (Clackmannanshire and Stirling), the Chief Officer role ensures integration of health and social care services, delivering person-centred, community support to the people of Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire.

Working Hours (Agenda for Change Adjustment)
- Full-time: 36 hours weekly (reduced from 37 effective 1 April 2026)
- Part-time: Pro-rata adjustments included with no pay impact
