Windfarm Installation Unit – Deck Rating Position Location: Shipboard (Primary Office: Germany)

- Work Schedule:
- 5 weeks on, 5 weeks off (Frontline compensation applies: salary paid only for on-board periods).
- Employment Terms:
- No recruitment/sign-on fees (Full clarification in Data Protection Overview).
- Contract starts immediately; training not required.
- Rank: Experienced required (at least 24+ months as a deck crew member, likely marine engineering/deck study background).
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold operational deck safety: Assist with safety protocols; abide by CEnO (Company–Environmental–Offshore Norms) CES, PLATO Initiative (PI), MARLINS 2.0 (environmental assessment), and Topside Occupational Safety (TOSE training and oversites).
- Deck-work familiarity:
- Preferenced techดับ: Mobilisation of Winches, Ludder Andy, Heavylift Cranes, Monopole Mono-supports, and offshore unloading tasks.
- GPS-equipped vessel interdependencies; adapts to Dynamic Positioning (DP) II standards.
- Physical & cooperative tasks:
- Hands-on teamwork with equipment installation; maintain positive attitude.

Experience & Requirements
- Minimum years of rank experience: 24 months (NOT minimum or intermediate sea time) previously onboard a merchant vessel in deck ratings or technician stages.
- Highly recommended (vessel specific):
- Experience with WTIV, JUP, or DP II vessels.
- Technical exposure warranties rapid learning incl. Computing Equipment Shelving operations (CES) and grounded understanding of offshore steelwork or windfarms.
- Health/Safety standards:
- Physical ability to lift, steer feeds in wind/rain conditions.
- Clean LPA (Limited Prior Absences) to signal accidence record (conversations with crew earlier).

Compensation
Full salary paid for periods while onboard (contract governance: 5 weeks active, 5 weeks portable/FTO)
