About the Role
Our client is an innovative and leading services firm, possessing a National reach but with its roots firmly centred in the North of England. With a clear vision which revolves around building a brand orientated and client focussed approach to growth an exciting opportunity now exists for a highly personable and capable individual to join the Senior Leadership Team as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Possessing a ‘disruptive voice’ and bespoke approach, there is already a clear differentiation to their competitors and the focus of this role will be to continue driving scalable growth through aligning commercial operations, business development and technology to bring enhanced performance and productivity across the business. Working closely with the CEO you will ensure that strategy is translated into clear commercial and operational plan and executed through colleague engagement and collaboration.

- Combine a strategic approach with a hands-on approach
- Possess the pragmatism and clear communication skills to simply get things done
- Work closely with the CEO to translate strategy into clear commercial and operational plans

- Proven track record in another Senior operational role
- Highly regarded commercial leader
- Comfortable delivering in a results orientated role
- Significant exposure of building and influencing key stakeholder and senior relationships that help deliver transformational change
