The Package:
- Executive Salary £120k basic with OTE up to £160k
- Performance bonus

- Hybrid working with multi-site travel across North-West up to the Scottish border

Our client is an established property business entering an exciting period of growth through acquisition and expansion.
They're creating a brand-new Chief Operating Officer position to work alongside the executive leadership team, driving operational excellence, integrating new businesses and creating the structure needed to support long-term growth.

This Chief Operating Officer position is a hands-on executive role where you'll influence strategy whilst leading operational delivery across a multi-site business.
The Person
- You'll already be operating at executive level and have a track record of growing businesses, integrating acquisitions (lettings knowledge essential) and leading through change.
- Executive leadership within lettings and property management (essential), and estate agency (desirable)
- Experience integrating acquisitions or scaling multi-site operations
- Strong commercial and operational expertise
- A collaborative leadership style that builds high-performing teams
- The ability to influence at Board level while remaining hands-on when needed

The Chief Operating Officer Role
