Westity Corporation is a United Kingdom-based technology corporation specialising in Roblox development, engineering services, digital production, and experience management.

About the Role

As Westity Corporation continues to establish its corporate structure, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join our executive leadership team and help develop the operational foundation of the organisation.

The Chief Operating Officer will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team to establish internal systems, coordinate corporate divisions, improve operational processes, and ensure Westity Corporation operates with professional standards.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to contribute to the creation and growth of a technology services corporation from its early stages.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how Westity Corporation operates, including project management, internal procedures, department coordination, and organisational development.

Responsibilities

Establish Corporate Operations

Develop and maintain operational frameworks that allow Westity Corporation to function efficiently as a structured technology organisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating internal operating procedures
  • Supporting executive decision-making
  • Improving organisational efficiency
  • Establishing department workflows
  • Maintaining corporate standards

Manage Corporate Divisions

Coordinate activities between Westity Corporation’s operational departments.

You will support:

  • Development Division
  • Creative Production Division
  • Client Services Division
  • Digital Services Division
  • Corporate Administration Division

The COO ensures departments operate together effectively toward corporate objectives.

Develop Project Management Systems

Create processes that allow client projects to be planned, managed, and delivered professionally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project workflow development
  • Resource coordination
  • Timeline management
  • Delivery procedures
  • Performance monitoring

Support Executive Leadership

Work directly with executive leadership to:

  • Translate corporate strategy into operational plans
  • Identify improvements
  • Establish company procedures
  • Assist with organisational growth

Build Operational Culture

Help establish a professional working environment based on:

  • Accountability
  • Communication
  • Reliability
  • Quality standards
  • Continuous improvement

You Have

Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Business operations
  • Project management
  • Technology organisations
  • Team leadership
  • Organisational development
  • Digital services

Professional experience is preferred, but strong organisational ability and demonstrated leadership capability will also be considered.

You are capable of:

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • Must be aged 15 or older
  • Must have an active Discord account for internal communication
  • Must have strong written communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and reliability
  • Must be interested in technology, digital development, or business operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Experience managing teams or projects
  • Experience within technology, software, gaming, or digital industries
  • Understanding of Roblox development environments
  • Experience creating operational systems
