Shape the Future of AI Delivery
We are supporting a fast-growing AI SaaS business in the search for a Chief Professional Services Officer to build and lead a scalable AI Professional Services function during an exciting phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the CEO and wider leadership team, defining the implementation strategy, delivery governance and operational excellence across the business.
£100,000+ per annum, negotiable dependent on experience + Equity
Leeds (Hybrid)

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and scale a high-performing AI Professional Services & Implementation function.
- Define deployment methodologies, governance frameworks and delivery standards.
- Own resource planning, budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
- Oversee successful customer implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build and develop project, implementation and delivery teams.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Development teams to drive exceptional customer outcomes.
- Provide executive-level visibility across delivery performance, risks and customer success metrics.

We're Looking For
- Senior leadership experience within Professional Services, Delivery, Deployment or Implementation within an AI, SaaS, software or enterprise solutions environment.
- Proven experience delivering complex AI software implementation projects.
- Strong commercial acumen covering budgets, forecasting, utilisation and profitability.
- Experience building, leading and scaling teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft, Sage or Salesforce ecosystems, ERP, CRM or enterprise software platforms, and a background within Field Service Management or AI workflow automation (desirable).
